Active listing does not appear in search results.

Check the MLS entry to make sure that the Broker Reciprocity and Internet boxes are checked yes.

Agent’s listings do not appear on his/her Profile Page.

Check to see if the listing is active in the MLS.

Check the agent’s MLS ID in the AID to make sure it is correct, and matches the actual MLS ID for the Agent.

Agent’s photo does not appear on Agent Profile Page, Property Brochure, or other display pages; box with red “x” in corner appears instead of photo.

Check the AID entry to see if the Photo box is marked “Y” for yes. If marked “N” photo will not appear.

Check the AID and the actual photo file name to make sure both entries match exactly. Entries must have exact same naming structure, with same Upper/Lower case, same spaces, etc. in order for the photo to appear.

Check to see that a Photo Name has been entered into the AID for the agent.

Photos entered into MLS do not appear on Property Detail page, in Photo Gallery, or on other display Pages.

Contact us via e-mail at support@activemls.com, enter ERROR REPORT – PHOTOS NOT APPEARING in the subject line and indicate the MLS number, price and property address, and MLS entry date in the body of the e-mail.

Quote marks appear around text on the Agent Profile Page.

Check the text entered in AID columns for List1 Info, Paragraph1 Header, Paragraph1 Info (or other columns in the AID) to assure that no restricted characters have been entered along with the text in the AID.

Make sure that all of the text has been manually entered. If you copy a cell in the AID, instead of the text only, the pasted entry will include invisible quote marks that will appear on the Agent Profile Page.

The word NULL appears in some of the display fields on the Agent Profile Page.

Check the text entered into the List1 Header, List1 Info, Paragraph1 Header, Paragraph1 Info to assure that no restricted characters have been entered along with the text; that no line breaks, paragraph breaks, or other restricted formatting has been used in the AID entry.

Agent Profile Page does not appear.

Check to see if agent’s information has been entered into the AID.

Make sure that the URL entered in the AID for the Agent Profile Page has been submitted to B9 Media for activation.

Check to see if the correct MLS ID for the agent has been added to the generic text for the URL; check the full text of URL to see if it has been correctly entered.
