B9 Media™ Limited’s ActiveMLS™ Integrated Broker/IDX Solution offers an integrated, affordable, automated IDX, Web site solution that is added to an existing real estate Brokers Web site. The Broker must participate in Broker Reciprocity and have IDX support available within their market.
FEATURES
- Allow visitors to look through all Broker Reciprocity real estate listings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- A masthead compatible with existing Web site graphics (incorporating your company logo, photos and/or name), and matching colorized page elements for all pages.
- Integrated ActiveMLSTM pages/links, include: Property Search Results Pages; Property Detail Pages with, Photo Gallery, Location Map Link, Schedule a Showing, and Broker branded printable Property Brochures; automated Agent and /or Office Directory Pages; your choice of QuickSearch, Expanded Search, and Auction Search pages.
- Flexible search -- browse properties by MLS number, street address, street number, property type, price, area/location, school district, number of bedrooms and baths.
- Automatically uploads Broker Reciprocity/IDX property listings from the MLS database
- Automatically uploads photos from the Broker Reciprocity/IDX database. If photos are not uploaded for a property, a "photo not available" image will be automatically displayed for the listing.
- When ordering the Agent Profile Page Web Sites with Printable Agent Profile Page Option you also receive: ActiveMLS™ Browser-based Management Tool allows your office administrator(s), to enter, or change, Agent or Office information, create automated Agent Profile Pages, Agent and/or Office Directory Pages, and export Office Phone Directories (CVS, Excel spreadsheet formats)

To order an ActiveMLS™ Integrated Broker/IDX Solution the client must submit a check covering the set-up fee, and any options, the Annual License and Service Fee, the first months Web Hosting Fee, plus a signed contract to B9 Media Limited. All fees must be paid via a credit card, or check. Payment of any monthly fees are due on the first of each month. See ActiveMLS™ Integrated Broker/IDX Solution contract for details.
The ActiveMLS™ Integrated Broker/IDX Solution has a minimum contract term of 1 year.
